Rouge the Bat is a major anti-heroine in the Sonic X series. She is an anthropomorphic bat as well as a renowned jewel thief who worked as a government agent on Earth. She was voiced by Kathleen Delaney in the English version, and by Rumi Ochiai in the Japanese version.
