The point was a 10400 super restore and a 10,000 prayer pot would cost the same per prayer point, so usually theres never any reason to use prayer pots. Restores usually skyrocket near a raids release though which throws it off. You do last a fair bit longer when you have 15 super restores over prayer pots though.
