Hareem Shah has landed in controversy after an explicit video purportedly of PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah. Screenshots online show an elderly man, believed to be Sanaullah, lying on a bed. The majority of the picture was covered by an emoji but many netizens could see another person on top of the man.
